Postpartum Support After Pregnancy or Infant Loss
Sometimes postpartum doesn't look the way we hoped it would.

Whether you've experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of your baby after birth, your body will still go through many of the same physical and hormonal changes that follow any pregnancy. Along with healing physically, you're also carrying the weight of profound grief—and you shouldn't have to navigate that alone.

As a bereaved mother myself, I understand that every loss is unique and every family's needs are different. My role is not to "fix" your grief, but to gently walk alongside you with compassionate, judgment-free support.
Â
Whether your baby is in your arms or forever in your heart, your postpartum journey matters. You deserve to be cared for, supported, and seen.

If you're wondering whether postpartum support after loss is right for you, I invite you to reach out. We can talk about your family's needs and create a plan that honors your story with compassion and care.
